Campaign Budget Cap: If the total gross ad spend reaches or exceeds the lead generation campaign fee, we will discontinue the campaign. In such an event, we will not be held liable for delivering any remaining leads, nor will we provide any refunds for the undelivered leads. This policy is implemented to limit financial risks and maintain a balanced cost-to-benefit ratio, ensuring the most efficient use of resources for both parties involved in the lead generation campaign.
